This wine was produced from hand-picked Awatere Valley-grown fruit which underwent 100% whole-cluster pressing.

 Medium red/purple colour with aromatic floral and plum characters. It has a tightly structured palate with focused fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity.

Carefully blended selected parcels of fruit have developed into a delightfully drinkable dry style wine with refined yet traditional New World Sauvignon Blanc characters and good intensity.

This barrel-selected wine, crafted from our very best parcels, is opulent and dark, with big, dense fruit.
